Bus pass application

This application form is for either of the bus routes shown below.

Stagecoach yearly bus pass which will allow you to travel Monday to Friday from home to and from college throughout the year until 21st June 2024 on:

• Stagecoach Public Services (holidays included)
• The college Lancaster 955 morning service (term-time only)

College Eden yearly bus pass which will allow you to travel Monday to Friday from home to and from college during term-time on:

• The college Eden KC1 service (Appleby - Penrith - College)
• The college Eden KC2 service (Brough - Kirkby Stephen - Sedbergh - College)

This form is for students paying for their bus pass (not applying for financial support). If you wish to pay a deposit, you will also need to complete a direct debit form for the remaining payments before the bus pass is issued. This is available under the 'Applying for your Bus Pass' tab on our website.

Terms & conditions

• This is an annual pass valid Monday to Friday for the full academic year.
• For term 1, you will receive a full refund if you return your pass before 18/09/23. If you have paid in full, this will be £700, if you have paid in instalments this will be £300 and we will cancel the Direct Debit so that no further payments are taken.
• We aim to process applications within 2 weeks, so please apply as soon as possible. If you apply late, you may need to pay for daily bus tickets until your pass is ready for collection.
• Students cannot travel without a pass (temporary passes are not available).
• Use of the Kendal College bus pass is subject to the Bus Charter and Stagecoach conditions.
